Terms and Conditions
These terms & conditions set out the basis on which you can visit and use the website. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.
Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order request, and to confirm details. OUR ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER WILL ONLY TAKE PLACE UPON THE DESPATCH OF THE PRODUCT(S) ORDERED.
Flower Selection
Should the flower type illustrated not be available we reserve the right to substitute item/s of equal or higher value.
Condition of Fresh Flower material
Whilst The Flower Bunch arrange for web site photographs to be taken of flowers in full flower, we reserve the right to deliver flowers in bud in order to prolong vase life and extend your enjoyment of the product.
Prices
All prices quoted include delivery (except Saturday delivery which attracts a £10 surcharge) and VAT at the standard rate.
Delivery timings
Delivery times are Tuesday to Friday 7am to 6 pm, and Saturday mornings 9am to 12 pm (a £10 surcharge is applicable to Saturday deliveries)
There are no deliveries on Sunday, Monday or Bank Holidays. We offer next day delivery for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday.
Delivery
As part of the order process you are invited to provide an address for the intended recipient. Please make sure this is entirely accurate, and includes a Postcode. The Flower Bunch cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed or lost by incomplete or incorrect information.
In the event of a recipient not being at home our carrier will attempt to make delivery to a neighbour or leave in a place they consider secure. Should neither of these be possible a card may be left informing the recipient that a delivery has been attempted. If an attempted delivery fails (such as the wrong address being given with order) we reserve the right to charge additional costs to re-deliver or to deduct the shipping costs/product wastage / courier return fee from any refund if the order is subsequently cancelled.
Where a third party is involved (such as delivery to reception areas of hospitals, hotels, offices, military establishments and ships) delays in delivery may result outside of our control. In case of delivery to such locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery.
Our liability for non-delivery of products shall be limited to replacement of product within reasonable time.
Shortages / Damages
All claims for delivery shortages or damages must be reported to The Flower Bunch within 3 days of the delivery date.
Cancellation of order
You can cancel your order up to 36 hours prior to delivery by telephoning customer services on 0871 7891 408 between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Please have your customer account details to hand. Cancellation by any other form of communication is not possible.
Supply Conditions
Purchaser and recipient must be 18 years of age or over.
We reserve the right to decline supply to any individual or organisation.
Any order is deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Changes to legal notices
We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
Law, jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
